Day 2

This is a charcoal drawing of my late nan, Doris Picton. Produced from an old photograph.

This is a charcoal drawing of my late grandfather Harry Picton.

This again was produced from an old photograph I found when routing through some old stuff. I think the influence for this drawing and the above drawing, was from the starting credits of the Pacific. Where the main aspect of the pictography is done in a charcoal style. I have to tell you it looks easier than it is to draw, and quite messy :-s

I will hopefully have and interesting day ahead of me tomorrow with a wander around a few charity shops, then off for a nice stroll through the countryside, so who knows what I will come up with tomorrow. I'm hoping some kind of collage or an arrangement of found objects..

who knows.?..?..?..?
